May be used for services and retail only

May not be redeemed for cash or used toward gratuities

Lost, misplaced or stolen cards will not be replaced

Must be present at time of service rendered

Expires one year from purchase date

Prices will be honored for one year from purchase date

 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your appointment, a twenty-four hour notice is appreciated. A forty-eight hour notice is required to cancel full and half day spa services. We strive to provide the best possible beauty and spa services. Your day has been carefully planned. However, the technician you are scheduled with may have an emergency that would prevent him/her from performing the service. In this event, we will do our very best to reschedule your service with another available technician. If we are unable to accommodate you at the time of your appointment we will schedule you at your earliest convenience.

 

NUVO Spa

NUVO Day Spa is committed to a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while you are with us. We therefore respectfully request that you not bring children under 13 years old to the spa. Thank you for your consideration.

When visiting NUVO Spa, please do not wear or bring jewelry. NUVO Salon & Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

A 50% deposit is required to schedule Spa party groups of 3 or more. For cancellations and a full refund, a 72 hour notice is required.

To ensure the tranquility of NUVO Spa, we respectfully request all cell phones be silenced during your Spa stay. Should you need to use your cell phone, kindly depart the Spa area.

No cash refunds on retail products, store credit only
